Lincoln Aviator: Front End Body Panels / Removal and Installation - Engine Rear Undershield

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the Engine front undershield.
    Refer to: Engine Front Undershield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the bolts
    Torque: 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)
    • Remove the retainers
    • Remove the push pins and the engine rear undershield

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
