Overview
The EPAS
system provides steering assist by replacing the conventional hydraulic
valve system with a steering gear equipped with an integrated
electrical motor and PSCM. The motor operation and level of steering assist provided is controlled by the PSCM.

Keyless Warning Alert
The horn will sound twice when you exit your
vehicle with the intelligent access key and
your vehicle is in RUN, indicating your vehicle
is still on.
Headlamps On Warning Chime
Sounds when you have left the headlamps
or parking lamps on and open the driver door
with the vehicle off...
Disconnect
NOTE:
When the battery is disconnected and connected, some
abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its
adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven to allow the PCM to relearn the adaptive strategy values.
NOTE:
When disconnecting the battery to interrupt power to the
vehicle electrical system, disconnect the battery ground cable(s)...
Categories
The front outboard and rear safety restraints
in the vehicle are combination lap and
shoulder belts.
Insert the belt tongue into the proper
buckle (the buckle closest to the direction
the tongue is coming from) until you hear
a snap and feel it latch. Make sure that
you securely fasten the tongue in the
buckle.

To unfasten, press the release button
and remove the tongue from the buckle.
