Removal

Remove the rear door window regulator and motor.
Refer to: Rear Door Window Regulator and Motor (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).

Lower the rear door window glass to the full down position.
-
Remove the tape from the rear door window glass.
-
Lower the rear door window glass to the full down position.
-
Remove upper interior rear door trim.
-
Remove the pin-type retainers.
-
Release the upper interior rear door trim.
-
Release the upper interior rear door trim.
-
Release the upper interior rear door trim.
-
Remove the upper interior rear door trim.
-
Remove the rear door inner belt moulding.
-
Remove the rear door outer belt moulding.
-
Release the pin-type retainers and position the weatherstrip aside.
-
Remove the rear door outer belt moulding screw.
Torque:
12 lb.in (1.3 Nm)
-
Release the pin-type retainer and position the weatherstrip aside.
-
Remove the rear door outer belt moulding screw.
Torque:
12 lb.in (1.3 Nm)
-
Remove the rear door outer belt moulding.
-
Remove the rear door upper moulding.
-
Remove the screw.
Torque:
33 lb.in (3.7 Nm)
-
Position the rear door top run aside.
-
Release the retainer.
-
Release the retainer and remove the rear door upper moulding.
-
Remove the rear door glass top run.
-
Remove the nut.
Torque:
93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)
-
Release the clips and position the rear door glass top run.
-
Position the rear door glass top run.
-
Remove the rear door glass top run.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Carry out the power door window initialization.
Refer to: Power Door Window Initialization (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, General Procedures).
