Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the rear window wiper pivot arm.
    Refer to: Rear Window Wiper Pivot Arm (501-16 Wipers and Washers, Removal and Installation).

  1. Remove the rear window wiper motor.
    1. Disconnect the rear window wiper motor electrical connector.
    1. Remove the retainers and the rear window wiper motor.
      Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Fastening the Seatbelts

    The front outboard and rear safety restraints in the vehicle are combination lap and shoulder belts.

    Insert the belt tongue into the proper buckle (the buckle closest to the direction the tongue is coming from) until you hear a snap and feel it latch. Make sure that you securely fasten the tongue in the buckle.
