Removal

Remove the floor console.
Refer to: Floor Console (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

Remove the bolts and the duct section.
Torque:
25 lb.in (2.77 Nm)

Remove the bolts and the rear blower motor control module.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8.0 Nm)
-
Remove the bolts and the second row air distribution door assembly.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Torque:
25 lb.in (2.77 Nm)
-
Remove the screws and the second row air distribution door actuator.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Other information:
The tire pressure monitoring system monitors
tire pressure in each pneumatic tire. While
driving in a normal manner, a typical
passenger tire inflation pressure may
increase about 2–4 psi (14–28 kPa) from a
cold start situation. If the vehicle is stationary
overnight with the outside temperature
significantly lower than the daytime
temperature, the tire pressure may decrease
about 3 psi (21 kPa) for a drop of 30°F (17°C)
in ambient temperature...
