Check the illumination of the universal transmitter by pressing one of the buttons.
Does the indicator on the universal transmitter illuminate?

| A2 PROGRAM A HAND-HELD TRANSMITTER TO THE UNIVERSAL TRANSMITTER |

The customer's hand-held transmitter is required when programming the universal transmitter.
Program the universal transmitter. Refer to the Owner's Literature.
Does the universal transmitter program successfully?

The universal transmitter is OK. VERIFY the receiver unit operates correctly.
