Lincoln Aviator: Second Row Climate Control / Removal and Installation - Second Row Temperature Door Actuator
Removal
NOTE:

Fully lower the glove compartment.

Disconnect the check strap.
-
Push the stop tabs inward.
-
Disconnect the passenger footwell air discharge temperature sensor.
-
Remove the push pins, the nut and the RH insulation panel.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Remove the screws and the passenger side floor duct.
-
Remove the screws and the second row temperature door actuator.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

mode" when a vehicle is stationary to conserve battery power. The
sensors do not transmit information while in sleep mode...
